Get ready to make a splash with the Helena Dolphins Swim Team in Helena, Montana! If your child loves swimming and can swim one lap of freestyle without assistance, they’re ready to join our team. Our exciting practices focus on improving strokes, building endurance, and preparing for swim meets, all while having a great time. With expert coaching and a supportive environment, swimmers will develop their skills, build confidence, and create life-long friendships.
